We happily schedule all appointments through our main clinic at 573-335-SKIN (7546). We accept most private insurance plans and Medicare, but please call for verification. For all clinic visits please bring:
- Your insurance card(s)
- A photo ID
- A referral if one is required by your insurer
- Check, credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted), or cash for payment
